One of our earliest milestones came when Toulouse became the first city hall in France to install LEDs, setting the stage for a new era in public illumination.

In 2017, we launched our first Smart City program, bringing intelligent, connected lighting solutions to urban spaces. This innovation marked the beginning of Horizon’s commitment to cities that are brighter, safer, and more sustainable.

By 2021, our expertise expanded into the world of Christmas lighting and festive decorations, creating magical atmospheres for cities, shopping destinations, and cultural events.
